Jennifer Aniston ~ hot yoga body for Smart Water

You have probably seen this ad of Jennifer Anisons' for Smart Water.

Makes you want to work harder and drink Smart Water right??!!!
Jen's yoga instructor Many Ingber tells:
"We do 30-40 minutes of cardio in one form or another; elliptical, spinning, any version of cardio, really, and not every time either! Then we do 30-45 minutes of yoga. I like to do sun salutations with her, and a little bit of flow yoga with toning exercises from a chair, squats, lunges, pull-ups from a plank and then ab work. We mix it up like that. And then we’ll always do 15 minutes of stretching.”

How many days a week does she workout?

It seems like daily. Here are some articles I came across that have more details on what she does for her routine:

Get Jennifer Aniston's abs (it only takes 3 moves)!

Three specific poses enhance her ab work.

1. Boat Pose "We also add crunches, and side sit-ups into our yoga routine. Just like in my Yogalosophy, we incorporate these toners post boat pose. Hold the pose for 5-10 breaths, then do two sets of 8-10 crunches and side sit-ups."

2. Plank Pose "Plank takes a great deal of abdominal strength. For an even greater challenge, I will have Jennifer raise her toes off of the floor, so she is only balancing on one foot. The lift is only an inch or two, but maintaining a straight spine while balancing engages the abs tremendously! Hold the plank for ten breaths, then switch legs and hold for another ten breaths."

3. Sit and Spin "Yup. It's true. There is a reason those sit-ups called bicycles are named that. Everytime you take a pedal stroke and pull your knees up towards your chest, you are engaging the abdominals. The repetitive motion we do in spinning is a great ab toner. Not only that, but the cardio burns fat while you build lean muscle mass for a toned trim tummy."

Jennifer Aniston: When the svelte and sexy Jen needs to slim down, she eats fish and vegetables for dinner, and snacks on pureed papaya, pineapple and mango. She is also famously devoted to daily yoga practice with teacher Mandy Ingber.

She really embodies health and wellness. She’s wholesome, balanced and fresh. She does it all, but in moderation. She’s an icon.”

While shooting her comedy Just Go With It in Hawaii, the 41-year-old actress hit the treadmill or stairmaster for an hour daily. In between workouts, she sipped pureed papaya, pineapple and mango, and dined on veggies and fish. "I'm healthier," the size-2 Aniston has said of her body post-40.

I’m glad you mention side plank. That is one of the best poses for the core and arms. Yoga guru Leeann Carey has a free yoga video that breaks down Vasisthasana. Thought your readers might want to take a look: http://planetyoga.com/yoga-blogs/index.php/free-yoga-video-side-plank-pose/
