Yoga and Relaxation

Like I mentioned before, I started Belly Bootcamp and I am really enjoying the workouts. It is an excellent blend of yoga, Pilates, toning moves and cardio exercise. In between my bootcamp I continue reviewing some of the older and new DVD's. My current favorite is Prenatal Yoga with Shiva Rea.
This DVD included Prenatal Yoga, Pregnacy Massage, Meditation.
