Adriana Lima ~ tips on losing baby weight ~ workouts & yoga


The 29-year-old star is believed to share tips for losing baby weight with other mothers in the industry and is also sticking to a high protein diet as well as exercising every day.

She said: "I want to lose about another 10lbs. Not because of work but because I want to. Also, I will continue with my workouts because I like a toned body. I like everything to be hard."


“I’m doing yoga now,” she says. “I didn’t used to take it seriously, but now I realize it’s really good way to get some exercise – and it’s fun.”
