Skinny Bitch book is like my reference guide when I need info on ingredients. It is also a motivational book when I have been eating crap and I need an idea for a meal. I can not believe its been over 2 years that this book has been around and they are only now making it on the Best Sellers list, all thanks for Jessica Alba and Victoria Beckam. They probably started reading the series after they read Skinny Bitch Bun in the Oven - which is another great book for mommies to be. Oh yes, and there is a book for men too! called Skinny Bastard
